How does calendar sync work?
Preplin connects to your Airbnb, VRBO, or any iCal calendar. When a new booking is detected, we automatically create a checkout for that date. You just need to assign a cleaner or approve the auto-created task.
Is there a limit on properties?
No limits! Whether you manage 1 property or 100, the price is the same. Add as many units, team members, and checklists as you need.
Can I use Preplin on my phone?
Absolutely! Preplin is a progressive web app (PWA) that works beautifully on any device. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience with push notifications - no app store download needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I manage multiple rental businesses?

How does direct guest booking work?

How do I invite a property manager?
Go to Settings > Property Managers and enter their email. If they already have a Preplin account, they'll get instant access. If not, they'll receive an email invitation to register and join your organization.
